Delivery Policy
General Delivery Information
We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Most deliveries are carried out by our pallet network couriers ensuring that we have wide national coverage, at the lowest possible cost per pallet. Goods will be delivered using a tail lift and trolly offload to the kerbside. In some instances, deliveries may also be made using our growers own localised transport.
While we will always try to accommodate your preferred delivery date, alternative dates may be offered where necessary.
In some, pre-agreed instances, deliveries may be made without you being present. However, for unattended deliveries, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to goods, vehicles, or property resulting from where items are left.
Access Requirements
To ensure a successful delivery, it’s important that you inform our delivery partner in advance of any potential access issues, such as:
At checkout you will be able to detail any known issues, or requirements, relating to your delivery. These will then be passed onto our supplier, cutter, who will discuss them with the pallet courier.
Delivery Timing & Charges
We will always endeavour to deliver your goods on the agreed date with 95% of all deliveries being made before noon. However, in the unlikely event of delays beyond our control, we are unable to accept liability for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
Turf Deliveries
Our turf is supplied on pallets, each typically containing upto 60m² of lawn-turf (60 rolls) and weighing upto 1800kg per pallet.
