How we deliver our Lawn Turf products.

We use a range of delivery vehicles and trusted haulage partners to fulfil our lawn turf deliveries. The method of delivery will depend on the size of your order and your location.
Typically, customers located near one of our dispatch points will receive delivery via an HGV equipped with a crane. For smaller orders or those further afield, we use a pallet network. In these cases, the driver will move the pallet using a manual pallet truck and deliver it to the kerbside or roadside. Where access and conditions allow, the pallet may be placed on a level, solid surface such as a tarmac driveway (please note this excludes gravel or grass).
Any delivery charges quoted are per pallet, each pallet normally containing between 50 sqm of lawn-turf.

FAQ

The questions we hear most often about laying, caring for, and troubleshooting a new lawn.

Pick Classic for a hard-wearing family lawn. Choose Premium for a finer show-quality finish. Go for Shady if your garden is under tree cover or north-facing. Pick Scottish if you're based in Scotland or a cooler, wetter region. If you're still unsure, drop us a line and we'll recommend one.

Turf is delivered on pallets — each pallet holds 60 rolls, and each roll is 1 sqm. Pallets are dispatched from our supplier network across the UK, giving us national coverage. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and pallet count.

Our minimum online order is 30 sqm (one-third of a pallet). For orders larger than 300 sqm (more than five pallets), please contact us for a tailored quote.

Aeration opens up the soil so roots can access water, air and nutrients. It tackles compaction and thatch, and helps the grass outcompete moss. Signs you need it: hard ground, puddling after rain, or a spongy feel underfoot.

Scarification removes the thatch layer that blocks air and water, and top dressing adds organic matter to feed new growth. Together they revive tired lawns, thicken grass and reduce moss. Both are best in spring or early autumn.

Warm, damp weather can trigger red thread, fusarium, dollar spot and snow mould. A tailored seasonal feed plus (where needed) a targeted fungicide will usually clear it. Good mowing height and watering habits are your best prevention.
